For this year’s Sales Clinic, we are pleased to have David Rich joining us.      He is a nationally known professional speaker and author and has made over 2,500 presentations to over two million people in all 50 states, four countries, and almost every state broadcasting association.  “With the right skills and attitude, we have the power to connect with just about anyone, anytime.”

David will share the whys and  hows to create and sustain quality relationships:  how connecting with other is harder (and scarcer) than ever, why excellent customer service is no longer good enough, how to create an instant positive first impression, and why “active” listening is the quickest way to build trust. This program is appropriate for Salespersons and your on-air persons.
